This presentation will provide a basic understanding of what Anti-Racism is, and how it is relevant to the field of Mental Health. Additionally the role of the therapist in embodying Anti-Racist principals will be examined, and the foundation to accept that you cannot be an effective therapist, advocate, doctor, or professional in this field if you are not Anti-Racist yourself will be expanded upon.
